I have decided that the quickest and most efficient way to get my book into the hands of the people who might benefit from it most is to give it away for free.

"Legends of the Plastic Chairs" was written by someone who has been-there-done-that. I experienced firsthand a soul-destroying descent into the hardness of disconnection and despair. One day when I was at my very lowest point, I reached a crossroads - I could either end the pain by ending my life, or I could set the pain down and walk away from it.

I chose to set it down.

That day, I took control over my life and fought my way back out of the darkness. I learned simple ways of identifying the hardness that had taken root in me - the inauthentic ways I had been conditioned to think and feel about myself. I figured out a way to come back home to myself, my Real self, to who I Really am.
